We have treated Dealing With and Separating from Evil Human Foundations

The next question is having separated how do we repair or restore our destroyed foundation.

Can a foundation be repaired?

  The bible says in Isaiah 58: 12

(Isa 58:12)  And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.

  The foregoing clearly indicates that though foundations can be pulled down or destroyed they can equally be raised up and restored.

  The same goes for old waste places .

  The bible reveals in this passage that the  foundations of many generations can be restored and that the lord can use an individual or nation (you) 9n this case,  to repair what has been destroyed.

  Finally we are told here that our paths ways, our divine destinies can be restored.

There is a pathway to greatness. This pathway can be destroyed but the good news is that in can be restored.

  The lord will restore your path way to greatness today in Jesus name.

  The lord will repair your breech.

  Please before you proceed pray these prayer point:

Oh lord restore my path way to greatness and glory in the name of Jesus.

Oh lord restore my pathway to promotion and success in the name of Jesus.

Furthermore, in Isaiah 44: 26 the bibile says

Isa 44:26  That confirmeth the word of his servant, and performeth the counsel of his messengers; that saith to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be inhabited; and to the cities of Judah, Ye shall be built, and I will raise up her decayed places.

  Here the bible says the servant of God who saith unto JERUSALEM, the city of God that it shall be inhbited and saith to Judah it shall be built the lord will confirm his word and performeth his counsel.

 Prophecy:I stand as the servant of God and you are the city of God I declare that you shalt be inhabited with blessings, your foundation of goodness shall be re- built and your decayed blessings shall be restored in the name of Jesus

  Now after a man has been separated from his evil foundation what must happen for his broken foundation to be restored.

  This is revealed in Isaiah 32:15.

  Isa 32:15  Until the spirit shall be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness shall be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field shall be counted for a forest.

  The preceding scripture reveals that a destroyed foundation will not be restored until the spirit is poured upon us from on high. Here the bible refers to the holy Spirit from Heaven.

  In other words the bible is referring to a heavenly or divine visitation.

Now after the divine visitation according to this scripture the following things shall happen:

1)A wilderness, a desert shall become a fruitful field

2) A fruitful field, shall be counted as a forest

The first sentence means where nothing good was produced before shall now produce much fruit.

And the second sentence reveals that where there is much fruit the fruit shall become so much it shall turn into a forest.

Now picture a forest in your mind. Next imagine it as a forest full of fruits. Which means where ever you turn to in the forest what you shall see is fruits, fruits.

Fruits of goodness.

Fruits of blessings.

Fruits of goodness.

There shall be no empty place to step upon everywhere shall be full up with fruits. step.

Please take this prayer point

Oh lord turn my wilderness into a fruitful field and my fruitful field into a forest in the name of Jesus.

So after a man has been separated from his evil foundation for his Foundation to be restored he must experience divine visitation.

The next thing the person must experience is a change in identity.

This is illustrated in Isaiah 62:2.

62:2  And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory: and thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD shall name.

Isa 62:3  Thou shalt also be a crown of glory in the hand of the LORD, and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God.

Isa 62:4  Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzi-bah, and thy land Beulah: for the LORD delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married.

Isaiah 62 says the lord shall call you a new name

Hephzi-bah  means my delight is in her

Beulah means married

The lord shall delight himself in you and your land shall be married to his good things.

S after the lord has separated you from your evil foundation

1) You shall experience a divine visitation

2)     You shall receive a new name-a new identity-from the lord

Let us look at biblical examples:

Abraham

1)      Divine Visitation

In Genesis 15 :1 God visited Abram. In Genesis 15:12 and 13

God caused Abraham him to sleep and spoke to him in a vision

2)Name /Identity change

In Gen 17 :5  God changed Abram to Abraham

In Hebrew Abram means ‘High father.’

Also in Hebrew Abraham means ‘multitude’, ‘populous’,  or father of many Nations.

So God changed his name, thereby changing his identity from that of ‘High father’ (We do not know why he was named high father, maybe they wanted him to be a high priest. We do know however that Abraham was initially from an idolatrous background) to ‘father of many nations.’

Jacob

1) Divine Visitation

An angel of God visited Jacob. This is revealed in Genesis 32:24

Gen 32:24  And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him, until the breaking of the day.

  It is made clear that the person who wrestled with Jacob was an angel in Genesis 32: 27, 26.

Indeed it was here that the lord also changed his name and identity.

Gen 32:27  And he said to him, What is thy name? And he said, Jacob.

Gen 32:28  And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God, and with men, and hast prevailed.

In Hebrew Jacob means Heel catcher or supplanter

In Hebrew Isreal means:  He will rule as God or a Prince with God

  Which means the lord changed Jocob’s identity from ‘Heel catcher’ or ‘ Supplanter to ‘one who rules as God’, ‘a prince with God.’

Please take this prayer point

Oh lord let me experience your divine visitation in the name of Jesus

Oh lord give me a new identity in the name of Jesus.

Other examples incude Sarai whose names changed  to Sarah Genesis 17:15 

Sarai means dominative. Sarah means Princess

And of course Saul the Apostle who the lord appeared to in Damascus (Acts 9: 4,5) and whose name was changed from Saul to Paul.

But note the name of the person does not necessarily have to change. It is the persons identity that matters.

David’s identity was that of a Shepherd boy, a messenger but God changed his identity first to a courageous warrior and then to a king.

Joseph’s identity was that of a dreamer but God changed his identity first to that of a dream interpreter and then to that of a Ruler of Egypt.

Which means that after the lord has separated you from your foundation, after he has visited you, after he has changed your identity then you shall experience his promotion.

 Briefly, before we conclude let us examine why the lord changes a man’s identity.

We will once again we will use Abraham as our case study.

Abraham’s father’s name was Terah. The name of Terah’s father, Abraham’s Grandfather was Nahor. Now in Hebrew Terah means desert while Nahor means Snorer.

So in other words in Abraham’s foundation we had desert and snorer as names.

Going further, Abraham’s brother name was Terah (He was named after his Grandfather). The son of Terah (Abraham’s brother) was Bethuel which in Hebrew  means destroyed by God.

The Daughter of Bethuel was Rebekah. Rebekah means ‘to clog’ o ‘tying up.’

The name of Rebekah’s brother was Laban which also like Terah has something to do with ‘desert.’

Remember Jacob itself means ‘supplanter.’

So here we are talking about a house we they went by names such as snorer, desert, snorer again, destroyed of God, to clog or tying up, desert again and supplanter.

What good do you expect to come out of such a foundation of poor names,

of such poor identities.

But the good thing is that God can changes things around.

He changed Abram (High father) to a ‘father of many Nations.’

He changed Jacob (supplanter) to A prince with God.

He will change your name too.

He will give you a new name.

He will change your identity.

Prayer Points:

Oh Lord Change my Identity for good in the name of Jesus.

Every power that wants me to remain the same die by fire

Oh lord rectify my destiny by fire .

Oh lord build me on a foundation of righteousness
